Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using wHRMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the application, including employees, administrators, and organizations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Using the service for any illegal purposes
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the service

Service Usage

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use wHRMS for your organization's HR management needs, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

  • •Respect intellectual property rights
  • •Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Subscription and Payment

Billing

  • •Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

  • •You are responsible for all applicable taxes
  • •Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that time.

Data Ownership and Use

  • •You retain ownership of all data you input into the system
  • •We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements
  • •We will not sell or share your data with third parties without consent
  • •You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • •We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 12 months
  • •We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • •Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • •Results in non-payment of fees

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
